I'm still used to using bundle, and don't really understand how I'm supposed
to use send..
I'm offline when I make a bundle, and I have a local bzr.dev, so I do a
bzr.whatever $ bzr send ../bzr.dev . -o ../patches/my.patch

am I supposed to do it differently?
