Actually I'm happy to say that this is already fixed for 0.19 - I did
merge that patch. If you would like to test it (from bzr.dev, or from
0.19rc1 in a week's time) and confirm that would be great. Thanks for
reporting it, it is certainly ugly for people who use bzr in
environments where it's visible.
