Yes, I did it. No real hard reason, no Win98 compatibility here.
We just start htm, and htm-extension question raised several times before.
I have no objections for *.html. Let's change them, and all will be happy
(and you guys stop blame me for this :-)

Change htm -> html require some small tweaks for installer,
and because it was my initial mistake, I'll prepare the patch.
