[MERGE] Unit tests for win32 glob expansion

Here is the patch with the latest feedback incorporated.

- I added some trivial unit tests for the (temporary) Win32Feature
- I removed the map() call and replaced it with list comprehension

Please excuse the delay. The weather here was just too nice the last 
days, and I am not in the position to spend my (normal) work time on Bazaar.
