[MERGE] Deprecation warnings while running benchmarks

Hi,

calling run_bzr with varargs was deprecated in 0.18 and not all code in
bzrlib was updated, so `bzr selftest --benchmark` now prints a lot of
deprecation warnings.

There are also some failtures in the benchmark suite, but I don't know
enough about the tests to fix those.
