It's an interesting idea. I wonder whether having an online web page for
this is better than including it in a release though. To start with, the
online form can be improved and tweaked at any time. I guess sending
registration forms via email has the advantage of collecting return
addresses for follow-up questions though. You can ask for that on a web
form but may not get it.

I assume you mean 0.19. If you mean 0.18, we'll need that patch *real* soon.
