"Why Bazaar" part 3 now onlline - reliability

FWIW, part 1 of this series got enough votes (20+) on
programming.reddit.com to make it to the "What's Hot" page for a week or
so. Thanks list! On the other hand, part 2 didn't even get submitted,
let alone any votes, so the trend is not good. Hopefully, part 3 has a
bit more luck sparking interest in what we're doing and why than its
predecessor ...
