I like the condensed changelog listing, very nice.  I tweaked this a  
bit to add the committer's name, etc.  My variant branch is here:

I didn't want to merge it right away in case my tweaks messed up the  
UI, but if it still looks basically okay to you two, I'll merge it in.

Kent, I think you're right to start removing those little arrows (the  
"-> files" things).  I was looking for a way to indicate "hey, these  
are links!" but it's pretty obvious, I guess.  Maybe the list of  
links on the "revision" page should use bullets or something.  The  
arrows just look odd.
