Is bazaar suitable for my purpose?

Adds - 'bzr add'
Deletes - handled automatically at the moment.
Moves - well, you'll get an add/delete pair, we don't have a heuristic
for moves at the moment.

It versions them. Not that efficiently, but correctly.
