Hi all,

I'm happy to announce BzrTools 0.17.0

This version is intended to be compatible with the 0.17.x Bazaar
series.  BzrTools is a plugin that provides miscellaneous useful and/or
frivolous functionality for bazaar.

Changes:
- - No longer complains when used with the development version for the
  next release series (i.e. will not warn when used with bzr 0.18 dev).
- - Whitespace cleanups from Charlie Shepherd
