I believe the reason is because "bzr revision-info" used to not take a 
--revision argument, but have you specify it on the command line, like:
bzr revision-info joe at foo.com-2007.....

Anyway, I'm happy enough with this.

Usually I'm of the mind that if we are opening a WT then we should use 
open_containing() but if we are opening a branch we should use 
.open()... but that doesn't really change things here.
