bzr error while branching from svn

Are you sure you are using the latest bzr-svn? I believe 0.3.3 has a few
updates for bzr 0.16. (I know it fixed a couple others, like with 'bzr
pull'. I'm not sure about 'bzr branch').

Also, 0.16-final is now out, and I would recommend that you update to
it. (The deb package should be available in a day or so).
