May be you're right. I don't know.

All what I know is that I'm 2 times try to upload pot file for my bzr-config
project and there is still nothing. On the page:
https://launchpad.net/bzr-config/trunk/+translations-upload
there is the sentences:

"The files you upload will be reviewed by an admin before they appear in Rosetta. We do this for new
uploads so that we can check that things are set up properly. Further uploads of these files will
not need to be reviewed."

Last time I'm upload month or two ago. But there is still nothing.
I assume either service is broken or "an admin" don't like my tiny utility.
