RFC: bzr --version should also announce installed plugins

The version information is very much welcomed. Perhaps bzr could enforce
a common interface for all plugins. The current listing is not optimal:

    $ bzr plugins
    /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/bzrlib/plugins/launchpad
            Launchpad.net integration plugin for Bazaar
    /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/bzrlib/plugins/bzrtools
            Various useful plugins for working with bzr.
