One thing that would be really nice would be if status produced relative
paths.  For exmple, when my cwd is bzrlib, I really want to see:

added:
  tests/blackbox/test_version.py
  tests/per_lock/

What I get is:
added:
  bzrlib/tests/blackbox/test_version.py
  bzrlib/tests/per_lock/

Since the paths aren't relative to my cwd, I can't just paste them in
order to launch, say, an editor.  Also, most commands that take paths as
input *do* use the cwd.  So it would be really nice to get this cleaned up.

I'd still want status to show the whole-tree status.  It would just use
".." as necessary.
