Probably this is the root of problem. I never try to work in such environment.

As John said we'd like to see last part of your .bzr.log related for those commits
(it should be in your MyDocuments folder).

I'll try to reproduce your problem in Monday.
But if this is heisenbug as John think, I'm not sure I'll have the same effect.
