I'm already registered to the group and waiting to be approved.

For me it's fine to keep it under Bazaar Developers group.

Ok, I'm starting the modifications under the same branch.
At this moment the new layout is:
bzr-eclipse/
org.vcs.bazaar.eclipse.core: Commands & Eclipse Repository integration
org.vcs.bazaar.eclipse.core.test: Simple tests for the commands
org.vcs.bazaar.eclipse.ui: All the GUI stuff
I'm drafting some specs in a local wiki, when the time allows I'm going to see
how to upload to launchpad.
