where to get mfc71.dll?

Ok. I've uploaded the full set of possible dlls to:
http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/win32/mfc_dlls/

The .exe is a self extracting compressed file of all of the dlls. There
is also an MD5SUM and SHA1SUM files there, and I signed the compressed file.

I also copied just the MFC71.dll into
http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/win32/
