0.15 rc1 feisty packages have wrong dependencies

Yes, I get that too.

Also, the Description still says "bazaar-ng" and it should be updated
to "Bazaar" with a capital.

We could also add the homepage url to the Description, if that's
allowed - at least I have seen it for other packages.
