Well, IIRC #bazaar redirected to #bzr for a while, so we could certainly
redirect #bzr => #bazaar

I do think baz should be named 'baz' and not 'bazaar'. I don't think we
should remove it, because it gives people a way to 'bzr baz-import'.
I don't know if we need to rename bzr => bazaar. Considering "Bazaar is
the name of the project and bzr is the name of the program". It makes
sense to me to use "bzr" as the name of the program you are installing.
