I've cut the page down to a reference to Launchpad (and a link to
Plugins, because it was there before and I wouldn't want the page to
be TOO short).  The revid's have been moved to the BzrDevelopment
page.  I've also just pointed the link on BzrDevelopment straight to
launchpad, and updated the Japanese version of the page (which was
just a copy of an older English verion) to the same.

There are still references to it from some other language pages that I
didn't touch, but that should be Close Enough(tm).
