[PATCH] [Bug #75577] Fix for shelve command

Hello there!

This bundle should fix the problem where the shelve command fails,
throwing an exception, when lines beginning with "--" have been removed.

This is done by making iter_file_patch() counting the original lines in
each hunk. While any original line is remaining in the hunk, lines
beginning with "--- " are not treated as file separators.
