I'm not sure I like the "bzr config set option" with no value
launching an editor.
I consider the config command as an alternative to launching an editor.
If I'm going to get my hands dirty launching an editor I'd rather do
it on the complete config file, not just one option.

Other bits I'd like to see include a get --all and/or having that as
the default if no option is specified.
I'd also like a sub command to remove an option from a config file,
say remove or reset.
e.g. bzr config --location reset email
You could use set with no value (well if you didn't launch an editor),
but that might result in people removing config if they accidentally
omit the value.

Also note that with James Henstridge's config policies enhancement you
can set config for sub-parts of a working tree in locations.conf, and
setup policies as to how descendants inherit that config.  Not sure
how easy it would be to support that, or if you'd want to.  Just a
thought.
