OK. There is bunch of test failed because of symlinks and x-bit.
And mentioned earlier error with LockFileEx -- this problems
exclusive for dirstate.

Problem with bazaar configurations files seems common for both
bzr.dev and dirstate, an I assume it's caused my patch for win98 support.
I'll dig into.

Just pure statistic of dirstate selftesting:

Ran 5186 tests in 1331.047s

FAILED (failures=92, errors=104)

Later I show numbers from testing of bzr.dev.

And, BTW, Martin, there is one more problem with os._exit: we need to flush
sys.stderr too, because when bzr finish testing some tracebacks from selftest
is not go to termminal.
