Well, on CVS "delete" is a synonym for remove, and on Subversion both
"del" and "delete" are synonyms.

If the Bazaar command can result in data loss by default while the
equivalent command in CVS/Subversion doesn't, then someone will trip
up sooner or later.

If we have "del" or "delete", they should probably just be aliases for "remove".
