I was cleaning up my utf8 revision id changes, and in the process, I
discovered that the new function "iter_reverse_revision_history()"
didn't have any unit tests.

The attached patch has tests for this. One of the tests has a dependency
on my revision_id changes, because it is making sure that the returned
revision ids are utf-8 encoded rather than unicode. If we ended up
deciding to reject my changes, it would be easy to change the test to
ensure that the returned ids are Unicode.

I think it would be good to have this either way, but I'm thinking to
just merge it with my revision id changes, since I needed it for that
branch.
