I'm happy to see the improvements, and I think the new hooks are very 
nice.

But we probably need better documentation for them.

Either a doc/hooks.txt file, or possibly a 'bzr help hooks' help topic.

We might also do it as 'branch-hooks' since there may be other hooks 
possible.
