Hm, anyone see what's I don't here? (I'm using 0.14)

    ~/tmp/tmp bzr --Derror branch http://example.com/project
    bzr: ERROR: unknown command "--Derror"
    ~/tmp/tmp bzr branch --Derror http://example.com/project
    bzr: ERROR: no such option: --Derror

    $ bzr help global-options

    Global Options

    These options may be used with any command, and may appear in front of any
    command.  (e.g. "bzr --quiet help").

    ...
    --Derror       Instead of normal error handling, always print a traceback on
                   error.
