It's not hard at all.
Actually we already change the Registry by my bzr_postinstall.exe
that compiled from tools/win32/bzr_postinstall.py.

Until I see your actually code I could only guess.
It's mostly "yes" rather "not".

Does it means you will build nice explorer integration as in TortoiseCVS
and TortoiseSVN based on COM model?
