This make sense. It's worth to fill the bug report.

But this should not be printed by bzr. Better if this spec sometimes will
be implemented: http://bazaar-vcs.org/WindowsSymlinkSupport

Because when you are using native bzr instaled on cygwin from sources,
you get good posix simulation with symlinks etc. But when you run native bzr
from cygwin you get too many specific bugs and errors, and even implicit
ones, like this one with symlinks.

I'm personally was unable to successfully run cvsps-import plugin on cygwin
without installing bzr on cygwin.

Too many rough edges between cygwin and win32 native.
