Well, the paramiko dependency isn't a *hard* dependency. You lose SFTP
without it, but you can still do ssh+bzr via OpenSSH.
I suppose we could do an SFTP-via-command transport, i.e. one that
invoked lftp or something, to work on Sarge, but it's probably less
effort to get Paramiko backported.
