merge 0.14: Python 2.5 fix for win32 installer

You need running this on Win32 to test it.

I still unable to send e-mails. I'm work with bazaar mailing list via gmane,
so here all OK.

I ask for someone hep (Wouter?) to merge this for 0.14.
It's not critical patch, because I can apply this patch myself when I'll make installer.
