[MERGE] 'bzr selftest --clean' allows easily clean temporary tests directories

This patch provide new flag to selftest command: --clean.
Run
bzr selftest --clean
to remove all testXXXX.tmp directories.
This is useful on win32 because *too* often selftest itself fails
to cleanup this directories because of Permission Denied errors etc,
and because this directory may contain unicode filenames
that sometimes break plain del command.
