Improving the distro packaging and installation experience

It would be nice if you could install plugins into the version installed 
by the windows installer (by dragging them into a directory) then this 
wouldn't be a problem. Also, I think there should be a single installer 
for the olive gui that installs the gui and all dependencies. So a 
windows user does not have to hunt them down and install them 
separately. When they go to the get bazaar there is 2 options they 
choose from - an installer for just the command line version and an 
installer that installs the both the gui and command line version. 
Plugins should be supported by both installers.

I think that would be the nicest way for someone who wants to get bazaar 
installed on a windows machine.
