Announce: PyBaz 1.5 released

Hi all,

I've just released PyBaz 1.5.  This is a quick and dirty release, though
I have tested it extensively with baz-import.

The main purpose is to have a release available which is compatible with
baz-1.4.

It works with its own test suite (though it spews loads of deprecation
warnings).  It works with baz-import.  More than this I cannot say.
