[ANNOUNCE] Webserve, new release

Hi,
Oops - just realised that it is not necessary to have a "show changes"
link for a revision as clicking on the revision itself shows the changes
made.
But I still think this is not very well displayed. It shows one massive
diff at the end of the page for all files modified, added or removed. I
think it would be much nicer if you could click a link next to each file
name listed that was either modified, added or removed and it would show
the diff only for that file.
