bzr 0.12 crash (No such file or directory: .../.bzrignore) on branch with win32symlinks installed

Ach!

I did a "bzr get" on this when I originally checked it out, but was 
trying to use "bzr update" to look for new versions as if it was a bound 
branch, and so didn't see the new revision.

My apologies for the trouble.
