BZR deleting files after a pull

In relation to the whole losing files on windows when doing a pull, I have
filed a bug here: https://launchpad.net/bugs/67699 . I think this is an
absolute show stopper for bzr on windows. The problem in particular is that
intellisense and other such "programs" lock files intermittently. In order
to do  a bzr pull currently, it is necessary to close virtually every open
application to be sure nothing is locking a file.
