Troubleshooting document on web page

Hi,

I was about to update the FAQ about the problem in cygwin of bzr 
break-lock appearing to hang and was thinking that this may be does not 
belong in the FAQ. I doubt it is something that will be a problem for 
many people and so it is not really a "Frequently Asked Question". 
Perhaps it makes more sense to have a trouble shooting document that 
lists the errors and problems that people run into and possible 
solutions. The FAQ could then just be concerned with can bzr do this or 
that? how do I do such and such? etc.

Anyone think this is a good idea or should I try find a place in the FAQ 
for it?
