I went ahead and added bzr-bisect to the Launchpad registry. I made the
project "maintained" by the Bazaar group, though if you prefer, we can
probably give it directly over to you.


For some reason, I'm unable to connect to:
http://bzr.licquia.org/bzr-bisect/

Perhaps the machine is down for now, or maybe it is a longer term thing.

I don't seem to have a copy of the branch, so for now I just told
launchpad that there *should* be a branch at that location, and if it
shows up, it should get mirrored.

If anyone has a copy of the branch, it might be nice to upload a version
into launchpad to avoid it disappearing.

Thanks for doing the work, and I hope you don't mind if it gets mirrored.
