It should just be a 'python setup.py install' away. You need to have
python 2.4 or 2.5 installed. 2.3 is the version that ships with Mac OS
10.4 IIRC, but you can download 2.5 from python.org, or 2.4 comes with
fink or darwinports.

I don't know the state of the fink or darwinports packages. Mostly
because I always run out of source on my Mac. (There is no required
build stage for bzr, so you can download the source tarball, unpack, and
run the included 'bzr' directly).
