I like this idea. Perhaps the latter part could be clearer:

  Bazaar is free software; you can redistribute and/or modify it under
  the terms of the GNU General Public License version 2; see <LINK>.
  These terms apply to Bazaar and derived works; managing your work in
  Bazaar does not subject you to these terms.
