That might be even better.  Perhaps the installer should show a shorter
message with a short GPL summary:

  Bazaar is free software; you can redistribute and/or modify it under
  the terms of the GNU General Public License version 2.  Managing 
  source code in Bazaar does not make it subject to the GPL.
