[PATCH] stripping trailing slashes from ignore patterns (#4559)

The attached patch addresses bug #4559 by stripping trailing slashes off 
ignore patterns.
It also returns an error if an ignore pattern is an absolute path (as 
determined by a leading slash).

The patch is for the current bzr.dev after Cheuksan Edward Wang's 
multiple ignore parameter patch (ignore_multiple_2.patch) has been applied.
