These are static pages.  It would be the height of arrogance for me to
make it say AaronBentley for every visitor to the site.

I'd imagine we could put something more relevant into the sidebar, like
Documentation Home, or that kind of thing, and maybe wiki links, too.

I'm using the online copy of the wiki CSS.  I don't know to what extent
it relies on the surrounding structure.
