Error importing baz 1.x branch

I tried to access your Arch archive, but I'm getting 404 (missing)
errors for .listing files. I see that you have http-blows set, so Arch
should be creating them.

Can you run tla/baz archive-fixup on that archive, to make sure they are
re-generated and accurate?
