Greetings.

I've just installed bzr for the first time, using the 0.10.0 version of
the win32 installer, and started to work through the tutorial at

 http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/bzr.dev/tutorial.htm

and I've failed at the first command I have entered -

C:\Documents and Settings\David>bzr whoami 'Frank Chu <fchu at example.com>'
The system cannot find the file specified.

C:\Documents and Settings\David>

What have I done wrong, please?

In case it helps, here is the output from bzr --version -

C:\Documents and Settings\David>bzr --version
Bazaar (bzr) 0.10.0
Using python interpreter: C:\Added Program Files\Bazaar\bzr.exe
Using python standard library: C:\Added Program Files\Bazaar\lib\library.zip
Using bzrlib: C:\Added Program Files\Bazaar\lib\library.zip\bzrlib

C:\Documents and Settings\David>bzr whoami --help
usage: bzr whoami [NAME]

Show or set bzr user id.

examples:
    bzr whoami --email
bzr whoami 'Frank Chu <fchu at example.com>'

options:
  -h, --help show help message
--branch set identity for the current branch instead of globally
  --email display email address only

C:\Documents and Settings\David>

I think I have exactly copied the example from the --help text. It also
fails if I put my own name and email address.

Any ideas, please?
