[RFC] <link rel> support for bazaar?

In both cases, it would be nice to avoid having to pay this round trip
for _each_ operation. I think things like push_location, parent, ...
should use the actual redirected URL. Like my browser rewrites
www.launchpad.net into launchpad.net without "www".

About <link rel>, I'm not sure I like it. Already, people are confused
because opening a branch URL in their browser doesn't show what they
expect (it can be a « permission denied » if directory listing is
denied), they might be even more confused if loading
URL/.bzr/branch-format doesn't work either.

I find it good for someone who knows it, but confusing for beginners.
