problems with bzr 0.10 and paramiko sftp transfer

Err, sorry, I didn't actually check it as the launchpad mirror is not up to date :)

I only removed the ssh_host_keys file, but in that case bzr wasn't using
paramiko to create the HostKeys instance, so it worked fine.
