bazaar-vcs.org is backonline. Thanks for your patience folks, and metga
thanks to James Troup who brought it back during the UK night.

The cause of the failure was a RAID system malfunction, which has been
corrected and we are not anticipating any further difficulties.

The system has been restored to its state as of 0100 UTC 24th August  -
Jelmer mentioned hes kept the diffs from the wiki for all changes,
perhaps you could replay those into the wiki Jelmer ?
